As a Wellbeing Coach, I help individuals to optimise their wellbeing and performance. With a Masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and as a certified SPARK resilience programme facilitator, I bring my knowledge and skills in the science of wellbeing and flourishing to my work as a coach.

My passion is to empower people to develop the skills, mindset and habits that will help them to thrive.

I work with clients to help them to connect with their core values, strengths and passions so that they can create lives with deep connection, compassion, purpose, and meaning.

Whether there are lifestyle changes you'd like to make or there's a creative project you want to get going, I know from experience that coaching can be hugely helpful in achieving these.

I offer 1-2-1 coaching for wellbeing, usually in blocks of 6 x 50 minute sessions, and use person-centred and integrated coaching processes and techniques, with elements from positive psychology, cognitive-behavioural, and solution-focused approaches.
